Chart IQ Outlines Path From BZ Fintech Awards To Global Domination

It’s been five years since Dan Schleifer co-founded ChartIQ, a company specialized in financial charting and visualization systems, and two years since he won Best Analysis Tools at Benzinga’s Fintech Awards.

“I had been working in startups my whole professional career, and finally I decided I wanted to branch out on my own and build my own, so part of it was I think hubris on my side thinking I could do it ━ and I’m doing it,” the CEO said at this year’s ceremony, noting that the hubris worked itself out. “You get humbled it along the way.”

Now, Schleifer is committed to “global domination.”

His Virginia-based firm recently expanded to sites in New York and London, has plans for a Hong Kong location and is continuing to explore opportunities in Europe.

“We’re really trying to establish ourselves throughout the major financial capitals around the world as we work with global financial institutions,” he said.
