M Science On The Key To Enticing Emerging Coding Workforce

As the fintech scene continues its grand expansion, M Science CEO Michael Marrale gleans spirit from the proliferation of data, opportunities and relevant talent.

“We’re seeing new grads that are really excited about coding like we’ve never seen before,” Marrale said at Benzinga’s 2017 Fintech Awards. He looks to entice the younger workforce with a millennial-appealing blend of geographic flexibility and Kind bars.

As M Science taps into the nascent talent, Marrale intends the 15-year-old company to emerge as a leader in the fintech space.

“We got reenergized by becoming part of Leucadia National Corp. LUK just about a year ago, so we’ve been investing heavily in new datasets and talent and data science talent to turn that new data into insight,” Marrale said. “We believe the marketplace is going to expand by a magnitude of five-fold, so we see ourselves playing a pivotal role in data-driven research and analytics and continuing to lead in that space.”
