Benzinga's Top ETF Decliners, February 21st

ProShares UltraShort Silver (ETF) (NYSEARCA: ZSL) dropped 6.69% on Tuesday as silver traded higher. ZSL closed at $9.77, and it had a volume of 7.50M traded shares.

Powershares DB Base Metals Double Short ETN (NYSEARCA: BOM) fell 6.32%, and it closed at $11.71. Aluminum, copper and zinc traded sharply higher today on the news of Greek bailout.

Powershares DB Crude Oil Double Short ETN (NYSEARCA: DTO) lost 5.10% as crude oil futures continued its uptrend. Crude oil traded higher on tensions in Iran, and on the news of Greek bailout.

Direxion Daily China Bull 3x Shares ETF (NYSEARCA: YINN) slipped 4.81% on Tuesday as CNOOC Limited (ADR) (NYSE: CEO) dropped 4.72%, and Baidu.com, Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ: BIDU) fell 4.57%.
