Benzinga's Top ETF Decliners, February 18th (BAL, ZSL, DAG, VNM)

iPath Dow Jones-UBS Cotton Subindex Total Return ETN BAL led the decliners among the ETFs on Friday, with a 11.66% loss. BAL closed at $98.06, and had a volume of 380K shares. ProShares UltraShort Silver (ETF) ZSL fell 5.42% on Friday, as silver continued to move higher. ZSL closed at $8.37, and it had a volume of 6.25M traded shares. Its average volume is 3.32M shares. PowerShares DB Agriculture Double Long ETN DAG traded lower today, along with grains futures. Wheat was the worst performer in the group, and it dropped more than 3% today. Market Vectors Vietnam ETF VNM fell 2.51% today, and it closed at $25.62. This was the third trading session in a row that VNM traded lower.
