NorthView Acquisition Corporation. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVAC#NASDAQ">NVAC</a>) (the "Company") announced that it has received a notice (the "Notice") from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") stating that because the Company has not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2024, the Company is no longer in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
This notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company's shares on Nasdaq. However, if the Company fails to timely regain compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule, the Company's securities will be subject to delisting from Nasdaq.
Under Nasdaq rules, the Company has 60 calendar days to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule. If Nasdaq accepts the Company's plan, then Nasdaq may grant the Company up to 180 days from the prescribed due date for filing the Form 10-Q to regain compliance. If Nasdaq does not accept the Company's plan, then the Company will have the opportunity to appeal that decision to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel.
The Company is working diligently and expects to file its Form 10-Q within the 60-day period described above, which would eliminate the need for the Company to submit a formal plan to regain compliance.

SpaceX&#8216;s valuation reportedly hit $350 billion after the company and its investors agreed to purchase $1.25 billion of insider shares. Now, founder Elon Musk has revealed that almost none of the existing investors wanted to sell their holdings.
What Happened: The company and its investors agreed to buy insider shares at $185 a share, Bloomberg <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-12-10/spacex-share-sale-is-said-to-value-company-at-about-350-billion">reported</a>, citing an internal email. SpaceX alone is offering to buy as much as $500 million in common stock as part of the offer, the report added.
The new valuation represents a 67% surge from the company&#8217;s <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/06/39519229/elon-musk-dismisses-rumors-of-spacex-ipo-as-it-reportedly-seeks-210b-valuation-pressure-for-short-te">previous valuation of $210 billion</a> it hit in a secondary share sale in June. 
The new valuation makes SpaceX the most valuable private startup in the world. Its valuation, in fact, trumps the valuation of listed rival Boeing Co. Boeing has a market cap of only $122.78 billion as of last close.
Why It Matters: SpaceX is privately held, unlike Musk's Tesla which is a publicly listed company. The secondary offering gives employees and shareholders the choice of selling shares they hold in the company and generating liquidity.

3D Systems Sells Geomagic Software Portfolio for $123 Million, Shifts Focus to Core 3D Printing Tools

Nordson Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NDSN#NASDAQ">NDSN</a>) fell by 5.43% to $236.01 in after-hours on Wednesday as the company revenue guidance for the fiscal year 2025 was below analyst expectations. However, the technical analysis using simple moving averages indicates that the stock remains under pressure pointing toward a bearish trend.
What Happened: Nordson <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/insights/earnings/24/12/42449106/earnings-summary-nordson-q4">recorded a net income</a> of $122 million for the fourth quarter of the current fiscal, which was less than the net income of $128 million in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
The company which makes spraying equipment for agricultural use had its net sales increase by 4% year-on-year. It recorded $744 million in revenue for the period, compared to $719 million in the prior year&#8217;s fourth quarter.
On a full-year basis, Nordson recorded record sales of $2.7 billion, reflecting 2% growth over last fiscal&#8217;s record sales. The net income for the year was $467 million, a decrease from the prior year's net income of $487 million.
Nordson revenue guidance for the upcoming fiscal 2025 was between $2.75 billion and $2.87 billion, which was below analysts&#8217; expectations of $2.93 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG.

Why It Matters: Nordson Corp&#8217;s stock has declined by 3.52% on a year-to-date basis and advanced by 7.23% in the last six months. This compares to a 31.55% and 11.81% performance by the Nasdaq 100 Index in the same period, respectively.
From a technical perspective, the analysis of daily moving averages indicates that the stock may be under pressure.
The stock ended at $236.01 in after-hours on Wednesday. This was below its eight and 20-day simple moving averages, of $255.12 and $256.39, respectively. As per <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro data</a>, its current stock price was also lower than the 50 and 200-day moving average prices at $255.04 and $251.99, respectively.
This trend indicates that the stock is experiencing a bearish divergence. The stock price could be attempting to recover but the momentum is not strong enough to push it above the moving averages. On the other hand, the relative strength index of 39.44 suggests the stock is near the oversold territory.

The lowest target price is $225 issued by Loop Capital on March 21, 2023.
The average price target of $284.67 between two changes from Baird, and DA Davidson implies a 20.62% upside for Nordson.

Nordson Corporation Stock Slides After Hours As Company Projects Lower FY25 Revenue; Technical Analysis Predicts Bearish Trends

AI chipmaker Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) has reportedly added hundreds of staff in China this year.
What Happened: Nvidia will now end the year with nearly 4,000 employees, marking a significant increase from the 3,000 at the onset of the year, <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-12-12/nvidia-steps-up-hiring-in-china-to-focus-on-ai-driven-cars">reported</a> Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.
The increase in workforce in China is aimed at improving the company&#8217;s research capabilities and focus on new autonomous driving technologies, the report said.
The report said Nvidia has added 200 people to its team of researchers in Beijing working on autonomous driving. People have also been added to the company&#8217;s after-sales service and networking software development teams.
Nvidia has been developing driving automation and AI software for over a decade, the report noted, while adding that the efforts are yet to yield results.
Why It Matters: Overall, Nvidia had 29,600 employees in 36 countries around the world as of February. The company has been adding more to meet the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/11/42099904/nvidia-beats-q3-revenue-eps-estimates-supply-constraints-ding-stock-huang-says-age-of-ai-is-in-full-steam">rising demand for its AI chips</a>. 
China has seen a surge in EV sales and companies over the past few years. Autonomous driving technology, therefore, has significant demand in the country.
However, earlier this week, China launched an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/legal/24/12/42404352/nvidia-china-antitrust-probe-may-remain-unsolved-in-near-term-says-top-analyst-investors-should-be-prepared-for-increased-scrutiny">antitrust investigation</a> centered on Nvidia&#8217;s acquisition of Israeli networking company&nbsp;Mellanox Technologies, approved in 2020, and its potential violations of China&#8217;s anti-monopoly laws.
