Intuitive Machines Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LUNR#NASDAQ">LUNR</a>) shares are trading lower in Tuesday&#8217;s after-hours session after the company announced a public offering and <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/g42302009/intuitive-machines-announces-launch-of-public-offering-of-its-class-a-common-stock-and-concurrent-">concurrent private placement</a>.
What Happened: After the market close on Tuesday, Intuitive Machines said it commenced an underwritten public offering of $65 million of its common stock. The company and a selling stockholder will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to approximately $8.87 million of additional common stock. 
In connection with the offering, the company entered into an agreement to sell $10 million of its common stock to Boryung Corporation in a concurrent private placement.
Intuitive Machines expects to use any proceeds for general corporate purposes. The company <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/space/24/11/41977504/intuitive-machines-stock-volatile-on-q3-earnings-what-you-need-to-know">recently said</a> it had $89.6 million remaining in cash as of the end of the third quarter.

Intuitive Machines made history in February when its moon lander Odysseus touched down on the surface of the moon, making Intuitive Machines the first private company to land on the moon. The mission marked the first time the U.S. had been on the moon since 1972.
Intuitive Machines&#8217; second lunar mission is targeting launch sometime in the first quarter. The company said it completed a vehicle propulsion system hot fire for the second lunar mission during the third quarter. 
In the earnings release, Intuitive Machines noted that it expects continued backlog expansion driven by potential upcoming awards including Near Space Network 1.2 / 1.3 Direct to Earth and LTVS Phase 2, as well as task orders for OMES and Near Space Network 2.2.

Box, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BOX#NYSE">BOX</a>) reported its third-quarter results after Tuesday's closing bell. Here's a look at the details <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/b42301797/box-reports-fiscal-third-quarter-2025-financial-results">from the report. </a>
The Details: Box reported quarterly earnings of 45 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 42 cents. Quarterly revenue came in at $276 million, which beat the consensus estimate of $275.17 million and is an increase over sales of $261.54 million from the same period last year.

<li>Remaining performance obligations (RPO) as of Oct. 31, 2024, were $1.282 billion, a 13% increase year-over-year.</li>
<li>Billings for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 were $264.7 million, a 4% increase from billings for the third quarter of fiscal 2024 of $253.7 million. </li>
<li>Third-quarter billings were impacted by a roughly 100 basis point tailwind from FX versus the company&#8217;s prior expectations of 210 basis point tailwind.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP gross profit for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 was a record $226.1 million, or 81.9% of revenue. </li>

The price of the<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/money/ripple-xrp-price-prediction"> XRP Token</a> (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/xrp/usd">XRP</a>) from Ripple continues to climb thanks to optimism about the incoming White House administration and potential XRP ETFs, leading to the cryptocurrency recently flipping Tether and Solana to become the<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/12/42259460/xrp-beats-solana-to-become-4th-largest-crypto-by-market-cap-on-ripples-rlusd-approval-speculation"> third-largest crypto.</a>
What Happened: The price of XRP is up 87% over <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/12/42296482/xrp-price-explodes-415-in-30-days-experts-analyze-why-xrp-is-going-up">the last seven days,</a> hitting new one-month and one-year highs.
The price action could be pinpointed to the anticipation of new leadership at the SEC, a financial institution that has often clashed with Ripple. A new change could see XRP and other cryptos face less or no government resistance moving forward, minimizing risk for investors.
Cryptocurrency experts also told Benzinga that Ripple's partnerships with financial institutions could be the reason for the increase in cryptocurrency&#8217;s price. The filing of several XRP ETFs also has investors excited about a potential larger spotlight on the cryptocurrency and more ways for investors to gain exposure.
While XRP has hit new one-year highs of $2.86 in the last 24 hours and the cryptocurrency is up over 280% year-to-date, the price still trails an all-time high of $3.84 set back in January 2018.
Also happening in 2018 was a Ripple community event at the three-day Consensus conference that saw Snoop Dogg booked as the entertainer and performer for the Ripple community.
Snoop Dogg, who has supported the cryptocurrency sector and non-fungible tokens, performed at a private invitation-only Consensus after-party from Ripple Labs on May 15, 2018.
The performance in New York saw several media outlets <a href="https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2018/05/19/at-ripples-snoop-dogg-party-a-search-for-xrp">cover </a>Snoop Dogg's appearance and the fact that he did not talk about investing in cryptocurrency during his performance. Instead, the event was much like a celebration for the XRP community. Ripple previously said they did not pay Snoop Dogg with XRP tokens for his appearance.
While celebrities endorsing cryptocurrencies is nothing new, Snoop Dogg's appearance may have marked an opportune moment to consider buying XRP—though the rapper offered no direct investment advice during the event.

Investing $1,000 in XRP: Investors who learned about XRP for the first time with news of his appearance at the Ripple event, or thought that his appearance could signal optimism for the XRP token going forward may have considered buying the cryptocurrency.
A $1,000 investment at the high price of $0.7523 on May 15, 2018 could have bought 1,329.26 XRP. The $1,000 investment would be worth $3,429.49 today based on a price of $2.58 at the time of writing, up 242.9%.
XRP continues to be one of the most talked about cryptocurrency in recent months, and its continued strength and the potential approval of ETFs could lead to a higher price for the coin.

Q3 Earnings: Okta reported third-quarter revenue of $665 million, beating analyst <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings">estimates</a> of $649.7 million. The cloud-native cybersecurity company reported adjusted earnings of 67 cents per share, beating analyst estimates of 58 cents per share, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Benzinga Pro</a>.
Total revenue and subscription revenue were both up 14% on a year-over-year basis. Remaining performance obligations totaled $3.66 billion at quarter&#8217;s end, up 19% year-over-year.
Net cash provided by operations was&nbsp;$159 million, up from $154 million in the prior year's quarter. The company generated free cash flow of $154 million in the quarter, up from $150 million year-over-year. Okta ended the quarter with $2.25 billion in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments.
&#8220;Our solid third-quarter results were underpinned by continued strong profitability and cash flow. The focused investments we&#8217;ve made in our partner ecosystem, the public sector vertical, and large customers are materializing in our business with each of these areas contributing meaningfully to top-line growth,&#8221; said Todd McKinnon, co-founder and CEO of Okta.

What&#8217;s Next: Okta sees fourth-quarter revenue in the range of $667 million to $669 million versus estimates of $650.64 million. The company anticipates fourth-quarter adjusted earnings&nbsp;of 73 to 74 cents per share versus estimates of 67 cents per share.&nbsp;
Okta expects full-year revenue to be in the range of $2.595 billion to $2.597 billion versus estimates of $2.563 billion. The company expects full-year adjusted earnings to be between $2.75 and $2.76 per share versus estimates of $2.61 per share.
Management will hold a conference call with analysts and investors at 5 p.m. ET to further discuss the company&#8217;s quarterly performance.

What Happened: A day after the U.S. blacklisted 140 Chinese entities and restricted exports of memory chips vital to artificial intelligence, Beijing retaliated with export bans and reviews for U.S.-bound shipments of these minerals. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce justified the measures as necessary for national security.
China also cautioned its businesses against purchasing American chips due to reliability and safety concerns. 
The restricted minerals are critical to the U.S. economy and defense supply chains, with Beijing accounting for a significant portion of imports between 2019 and 2022. For instance, the U.S. relied on China for 80% of its antimony needs during this period, WSJ reports.

Q2 Earnings:&nbsp;Salesforce reported third-quarter revenue of $9.44 billion, beating the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">consensus estimate</a>&nbsp;of $9.35 billion. The enterprise cloud solutions company reported adjusted earnings of $2.41 per share, missing analyst estimates of $2.44 per share, according to<a href="http://pro.benzinga.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">&nbsp;Benzinga Pro</a>.
Total revenue was up 8% on a year-over-year basis. Operating margin came in at 20%, and non-GAAP operating margin was 33.1%. Cash flow from operations was up 29% year-over-year and free cash flow was up 30% year-over-year to $1.78 billion. The company ended the quarter with remaining performance obligations of $26.4 billion, up 10% year-over-year.

Salesforce said it repurchased $1.2 billion worth of its stock in the quarter and returned $400 million to shareholders in the form of dividend payments. 
Guidance: Salesforce expects fourth-quarter revenue to be in the range of $9.9 billion to $10.1 billion. The company anticipates fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $2.57 to $2.62 per share.&nbsp;
Salesforce sees full-year 2025 revenue of $37.8 billion to $38 billion. The company expects full-year adjusted earnings to be between $9.98 and $10.03 per share.
