General Information
Blackrock Core Bond Trust is a closed-ended management investment company. Its objective is to provide current income and capital appreciation.

The trust seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 75% of its managed assets in bonds that are investment-grade quality at the time of investment. The trust, under a normal market scenario, will invest in a range of bonds, including corporate bonds, U.S. government and agency securities, and mortgage-related securities.
