Billionaire investor Warren Buffett (NYSE:BRK) (NYSE:BRK)) is still overseeing multi-billion-dollar deals even at the tender age of 86. So, how does he do it? According to CNBC, there are five daily habits he and other highly successful business leaders can't live without.

1. Hobbies

Research has found that dedicating time to your hobby leads to higher satisfaction in life and a lower chance of burning out. Buffett enjoys playing the ukulele, an odd hobby for some but most certainly to each their own.

2. Read

Buffett reads a handful of publications each morning, including the Wall Street Journal. Fellow billionaire Bill Gates reads every night, with a goal of reading 50 books a year, which averages out to around one book per week, every week.

Research has found that people who read are engaged in mentally stimulating activities which also slows memory declines compared to those who don't.

3. Exercise

Billionaire entrepreneur Richard Branson wakes up at 5 a.m. every morning to work out. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)'s CEO Tim Cook is also known for sticking to a very strict and consistent schedule of working out.

5. Yoga

Studies have found that practicing yoga can reduce fatigue, help people manage stress and can also benefit a person's immune system.
