Herbalife Ltd. HLF shares are trading higher by $7.30 (11.5 percent) at $69.50 in Friday's session.
The catalyst for the rally is a Q1 EPS beat of $0.35 along with sales beat of $50 million. The company significantly raised its Q2 and FY 2017 guidance.
Herbalife's much higher opening print of $65.85 has turned out to be the low for the session. At this time, the continuation rally has taken the stock to $69.97 and is not far off that level. That marks the highest level for the stock since it peaked at $72.22 in July of 2016.
