Delta Air Lines, Inc. DAL shares are trading higher by $1.40 at $46.69 in Wednesday's session.
The catalyst for the rally is a Q1 EPS beat of $0.04 with just a slight miss for revenues.
After a higher open, Delta's stock briefly continued in that direction before peaking at $47.17. That high is just shy of a pair of highs from March 20 ($47.23) and March 21 ($47.18).
So far, the ensuing decline has found support well ahead of the top of Tuesday's range ($45.32) as $46.21 stands as the low for the session as of 9:55 a.m. ET.
