Cal-Maine Foods Inc CALM shares are trading higher by $0.25 at $37.60 in Monday's session. Despite a Q3 EPS of $0.13 along with a $8.72 million miss for revenues, the issue is slightly in the green.
Its much lower opening print of $35.10 has turned out to be the exact low for the session. That marks its lowest level since February 2015, when it bottomed at $34.03.
The ensuing rally has taken Cal-Maine's stock from $2.00 in the red to being in the green by $0.60, when it peaked earlier in the session at $37.95.
It should be noted its last three closes were in a narrow range between $37.15 and $37.35, which is just below its current price.
