Microsoft Corporation MSFT shares were seen trading higher by $0.60 at $65.00 in Wednesday's session. Once the issue backed off its all-time high from Jan. 27 ($65.91) and had a four-day retreat to $62.75, it settled into a trading shortly thereafter.
The range since Feb. 10 has been only $1.62. The bottom of the trading range is defined by its February 28 low ($63.62) and has been flanked by several lows just above that and into the lower $64.00 handle.
The top of the trading range was made on Feb. 16 when it peaked at $65.24. That high has been protected by several highs in the upper $64.00 handle. The current high of $65.08 is only the second time the issue has reached $65.00 since the commencement of the trading range.
