Energy Transfer Equity LP ETE shares ended Tuesday's session higher by $0.51 at $19.05. The issue spiked from the $18.70 area to $19.18 between 3:06 p.m. and 3:13 p.m. ET when it was announced that the U.S. will grant an easement for the Dakota Access Pipeline.
This marks the sixth time since January 9, when it spiked to $19.39, that the issue has made highs in the lower $19.00 handle, but only closed above that level on February 3, when it ended the session at $19.05.
Over the last three sessions, it has peaked just ahead of the $19.39 high, with all three highs coming in between $19.18 and $19.27. If all of those are clear, there may not be any resistance until its January 6 high of $20.05.
