Egalet Bottoms Off Its Opening Print

Egalet Corp EGLT shares are trading higher by $0.04 at $5.02 in Friday's session. Before the open, the company reported a Q3 loss that was $0.20 greater than Wall Street estimates. That was accompanied by a slight beat for sales.

The issue had been lower for seven sessions in a row ahead of the report. In today's session, it bottomed off its opening print of $4.50 and began to move higher.

So far, it has climbed into the $5 handle as the current high stands at $5.20. That is just shy of Thursday's high of $5.33. The issue has not closed below $5 since July 5, when it ended the session at $4.93.
