21Vianet Group Inc (NASDAQ: VNET) shares are trading lower by $0.90 at $9.60 in Wednesday's session. At this time, there is no relevant news to account for the decline for the internet and data service provider in China.

After a flat open, it immediately peaked at its opening print of $10.54 and began to move lower. The ensuing decline took the issue all the way to $8.76 before rebounding back into the mid-$9 handle. The current low is just above its May 2013 low ($8.65).
