Amgen Inc. AMGN shares are trading higher by $0.70 at $144 in Wednesday' session. Earlier in the session, the issue spiked to $147 when a positive verdict for Repatha patent case against Regeneron Pharmaceuticals REGN. That level matches its March 8 high to the penny. However, the issue quickly surrendered some of those gains as it now attempting to remain in the $144 handle.
