Freeport-McMoRan Inc Higher By 50% In Three Days

Freeport-McMoRan Inc FCX shares are trading higher by $0.94 at $7.31 in Wednesday's session. It is trading higher for the third day in a row, rallying nearly 50 percent from its February 11 close ($4.89) to its current level.

After a higher open, it retreated only $0.03 to $6.60 before resuming its move higher. The ensuing rally has taken the issue to $7.60 before pulling back to the $7.30 area.

The current high coincides with its December 24 high of $7.64.
