March Crude Oil futures are trading lower by $1.24 at $30.38 per barrel in Tuesday's session. After a lower open, it found resistance ahead of Monday's close ($31.62), only reaching $31.53 before continuing its decline.
It easily surpassed Monday's low ($31.29) and breached the $30 level, reaching $29.81 before rebounding back above $30. This marks the first time since January 25 it has fallen under $30, when it bottomed at $29.25. The contract is now over $4 lower from a peak last Thursday at $34.82.
