S&P 500 Index Futures Trading Lower In Choppy Session

S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by eight points at 2076.50 in Thursday's session. It has been a see-saw session for the index. Following a decline to 2073.50 in pre-market trading, it found support ahead of that level off the open, only reaching 2076.50. The ensuing rally was halted exactly at Wednesday's close (2084.50), which marked the highest close for the index since the Flash Crash.
