Mobileye NV MBLY shares were trading lower by $0.31 at $35.48 in Friday's session. There is a tug of war going on between analyst as Dougherty, which downgraded it from Buy to Neutral, while Raymond James upgraded the issue from Market Perform to Outperform.

The ratings changes are taking place one day after the company topped Q4 EPS views ($0.06 vs. $0.05) and better than expected sales ($39.7 million vs. $36.37 million).

In Thursday's session, Mobileye attempted to rally off the report but was turned back shortly after the open and declined to a new low for the recent decline at $34.13. That represents the lowest lowest level for the issue since it bottomed in the month (August 2014) of IPO at $31.13.
