Obviously, discount providers Southwest Airlines Co (NYSE: LUV) and Spirit Airlines Incorporated (NASDAQ: SAVE) are underperforming in a big way, while Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE: DAL) and JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ: JBLU) tend to have happier customers.
