Shares of China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources (NYSE: SHZ), the China-based Company engaged in the exploration, development, mining and processing of fluorite, barite, zinc, copper, and other nonferrous metals, rose 20.78% Friday on 5 times average volume.

China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources announced that the Company's subsidiary, Wuchuan Dongsheng Mining Company, has formed a strategic partnership to supply processed fluorite powder to Ningxia Jinhe Chemical Co., Ltd. Wuchuan Mining will supply Ningxia Jinhe with no less than 30,000 tons of processed fluorite powder annually.

China Shen Zhou Mining & Resourcesclosed at $0.29 on Friday.

Warp 9

Shares of Warp 9 (OTC: WNYN), the Santa Barbara, CA provider of e-commerce services for midsize online sellers, rose another 200% Friday on 15.17 million shares.

Warp 9 CFO Greg Boden told Benzinga on Thursday there was no company news released to account for the move, but was aware of a penny stock service promoting it.

Warp 9 closed at $0.12 on Friday.

Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide

Shares of Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide (NASDAQ: QTWW), the Lake Forest, CA developer and producer of advanced vehicle propulsion systems, fuel storage technologies, and alternative fuel vehicles, rose 14.70% Friday on twice average volume.

Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide announced Friday that it has received a purchase order from a leading truck equipment company for supplying Quantum's industry-leading ultra-lightweight compressed natural gas (CNG) storage systems for vocational and professional service trucks.

Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide closed at $0.71 on Friday.
