Reports of a new swine flu strain found in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Maine, and Indiana, caused renewed interest in several swine flu related stocks. Health officials are hoping this strain is not as serious as H1N1, which killed more than 17,000 in a major outbreak between 2009 and mid-2010.

MGT Capital Investments

MGT Capital Investments announced Thursday that Robert Ladd has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 9, 2012. Mr. Ladd had previously served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
