Leon Cooperman Recommends E*Trade

Leon Cooperman, founder of Omega Advisors, says he likes eTrade (NASDAQ: ETFC) as one of his favorite picks in the market. He likes eTrade's valuation and likes that it has excess capital even though ETFC can't use it because of the FED regulations. Once the FED let's eTrade use those assets, it'll add 40c to earnings.
