New Investment Opportunity For Portfolio Of Almond And Pistachio Farms In California

A private market agricultural investment offering is available to investors on the RealtyMogul platform.

The Gold Leaf Farming LP investment consists of 16 farms in California's Central Valley. The 16 properties are cash-flowing almond and pistachio orchards comprising approximately 6,000 acres. 

The targeted returns will be driven by cash flow generated from the cultivation and sale of the crops produced on the farm as well as potential land appreciation. Investors will benefit from the rise in demand for the crops the property produces. Almonds, for example, have seen a sharp spike in overall demand, and according to Almonds.com, 75% of global almond production takes place in California. 

Investor dividends are expected to be distributed quarterly beginning in 2025 following the 2024 harvest. 

Offering sponsor Gold Leaf Farming will look to acquire land and add additional farms to the portfolio that present high appreciation potential. Almond, pistachio and date farms in California and Arizona as well as other supply-constrained crops such as hazelnuts, olives and citrus also will be considered.

Gold Leaf Farming will implement a streamlined management process for the investment venture with its in-house financial and farming operations teams. Since the group's 2017 inception, it has acquired 27 farms equating to an aggregate total exceeding 12,000 acres and over $200 million in equity invested.
