Quebecor Media Announcement: Isabelle Dessureault Is Leaving her Position

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 24, 2010) - Quebecor Media announces that Isabelle Dessureault, Vice President, Public Affairs, is leaving her current position. Mr. J. Serge Sasseville, Vice President, Corporate and Institutional Affairs, will take over her duties. Mr. Sasseville has been with Quebecor since 1987 and has served in many legal and managerial capacities with the Company.

Ms. Dessureault will transition her responsibilities to Mr. Sasseville between now and the end of May 2010. She will then tackle new challenges with the company. Ms. Dessureault has occupied management positions with the organization since 2005.
