Association of Independent Mortgage Experts Debuts First-of-its-Kind Industry Ranking List for Wholesale Channel

AIME Broker Rankings will feature ranked lists based on data from brokerages and loan originators from across the country, designed to increase visibility of independent mortgage brokers.

The Association of Independent Mortgage Experts announces the inaugural AIME Broker Rankings with the goal of recognizing the top-producing, fastest-growing and most accomplished independent mortgage brokers in the wholesale mortgage channel. This ranking list is unique in that it will highlight the achievements of mortgage brokers and loan originators who solely work within the wholesale channel, which are often overlooked in traditional industry rankings.

AIME Broker Rankings will accept self-reported 2019 production-based submissions from wholesale loan originators and brokerages through March 8, 2020. Lists will be further separated into subcategories to provide submitters with multiple options for inclusion. Subcategories will include total purchase and refinance volume, which refers to the total loan amount closed in 2019, and total purchase and refinance units, which refers to the overall number of loans closed. A separate nomination list will be compiled for "Community Champions," which will allow individuals to nominate colleagues or other independent professionals for outstanding contributions.

Loan originators and brokerages that qualify for inclusion will receive an AIME Broker Rankings digital badge for their websites and social media channels. The final rankings lists will be published in AIME Magazine and featured across AIME online channels throughout 2020.
