Movses Shakarian, of the Shakarian Law Group, in honor of Better Business Communication Day, lists the top three tips for personal injury attorneys contemplating going virtual.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 20, 2017

Many personal injury attorneys thinking about going virtual fear they will lose the human element when it comes to dealing with their clients. "However, a lot of them don't realize there can still be a personal touch when going virtual," said attorney Movses Shakarian, founder of the Shakarian Law Group. "Additionally, when going virtual there's a quick turnaround when it comes to personal injury because everything is electronic. Going virtual clears the clutter."

In light of Better Business Communication Day on January 23, Shakarian shares the following three tips on how to keep the human element when going virtual:

No. 1: Visit injured clients. "If a client is severely injured, go and visit them in person, whether that is at home, a hospital, etc.," said Shakarian. "Go the extra mile, literally, and certainly never charge them for mileage. Someone who is injured doesn't necessarily have a network of people to help them."

No. 2: Be available via alternate methods of communication. One should be available via text, FaceTime, Skype, email, mail, etc. "Just because you are virtual doesn't mean you shouldn't get on the phone with a client," stressed Shakarian. "I personally speak to my clients on the phone all the time."

No. 3: Make medical appointments for injured clients. This cuts down on the time and stress that clients have to spend on their own cases. "Clients won't have to compile paperwork to bring in," concluded Shakarian, who prides himself on having a network of medical professionals and setting up appointments for his clients, as well as having medical providers that make house calls so clients don't have to leave their homes for treatment.
