Dave & Buster's Entertainment Set to Join the S&P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dave & Buster's Entertainment Inc. PLAY will replace Piedmont Natural Gas Co. Inc. PNY in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Monday, October 3. S&P 100 and 500 constituent Duke Energy's DUK is acquiring Piedmont Natural Gas in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date.

Dave & Buster's Entertainment owns and operates entertainment and dining venues for adults and families. Headquartered in Dallas, TX, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Restaurants Sub-Industry index.
