San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) July 31, 2015

Climb Real Estate agents Chris Lim, Justin Fichelson, Kenny Truong, and Danielle Lazier will be speaking at Inman News' Real Estate Connect conference in San Francisco, happening August 4-7 in Union Square.

Climb Sales Director and Top Producer Danielle Lazier will be a panelist for "What Marketing is Effectively Reaching Buyers and Sellers" on Tuesday, August 4th at 10:00 a. m. The panel will cover digital, print, social, and referral networks and their effectiveness. Her co-panelists include Pam Blair of YogaBug Real Estate, Sara MacLennan of Liv Real Estate, and Vicki Monteagudo of Century 21 Tri-Cities. Lazier offered a preview of her thoughts on digital marketing: "My business is consistently successful via a combination of traditional and most definitely non-traditional marketing. I've been blogging since before the term ‘blog' existed and since then have been an early adapter of social media and online reviews like Yelp! However, the ‘back-to-basics' approach works too. Farming, networking and staying in touch with past clients–on and offline, are also an integral part of a balanced business. Basically, to be successful as a real estate agent in today's competitive market, you gotta do it all!" Lazier is the founder of DanielleLazier.com and SFhotlist.com, one of the city's first real estate blogs, and is ranked as one of the top 10 agents in San Francisco, with almost $60 million in buyer-and owner-represented sales in 2014 (per SF MLS sales data) and over $49 million so far this year.

Climb Senior Sales Associate Kenny Truong will be speaking on the "How I'm Landing Real Estate Sales With Instagram, Big Data, and Customer Reviews/Referrals" panel on Tuesday, August 4th at 11:30 a. m. His co-panelists include Dusty Baker of Epstein Partners and Sarah Scheper of HomeSmart Evergreen Realty. Truong will be talking about how to build a strong personal brand through entertaining your sphere and followers with unique content. He said, "Traditional marketing is out, and for agents, lifestyle images are competing directly with new listings, baby pictures, fine dining, and recent sales. Agents new and old are able to generate strong referrals by standing out from the crowd and establishing themselves as the expert in their niche markets." Truong's Instagram account at @kenny_fast has over 1,100 followers and has been an integral part of his strategy; he sold over 120 homes in 2013-2015 and is #1 in Oakland home purchases for the same period.

Chris Lim, Climb's founder and CEO, will be speaking on two panels at Inman Connect. The first is "Best Practices in the Digital Age," on Tuesday, August 4th at 10:30 a. m.; the second is "Next Generation Brokers who are Killing It," on Thursday, August 6th at 3:00 p.m. "I'm honored that Climb Real Estate will have such a strong speaking presence at this year's Inman Connect. As a San Francisco-based real estate brokerage focused on innovation and technology, we're excited to be involved in the conversation of exploring how our the real estate industry is embracing change. In addition to Danielle Lazier, Justin Fichelson, and Kenny Truong, Mark Choey and I are proud to be representing our ideas and achievements as thought leaders in this dynamic space."

Justin Fichelson is one of the stars of the BRAVO TV show Million Dollar Listing San Francisco and will be speaking on the panel, "Connecting with the Elite: Secrets to Working with Luxury Clients" on Thursday, August 6th at 9:00 a. m. His co-panelists will include Samantha DeBianchi of Million Dollar Listing Miami as well as Dolly Lenz of Dolly Lenz Real Estate LLC and Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker Previews International. Fichelson will be sharing his experiences and strategies for networking with ultra-high net worth individuals who can afford to buy ultra-luxury homes like those featured on Million Dollar Listing.

Real Estate Connect is a real estate technology conference held in both New York City and San Francisco each year. Produced by Inman News, the San Francisco conference will be held August 4-7 at the Hilton in Union Square and includes over a hundred speakers, educational workshops for agents and brokers, and both established and startup companies demonstrating the latest in real estate technology.
