Black Diamond Group Limited Announces July Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - July 17, 2015) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") BDI, a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.08 per share to be paid on August 17, 2015 to shareholders of record on July 31, 2015. The ex-dividend date is July 29, 2015. This dividend is an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes.
