Artists and Artisans are donating their best "cryptozoologically themed" art to the Creature Weekend Crypto Art Exhibit held at the annual Creature Weekend conference in Ohio on May 1-3, 2015.

Cambridge, Ohio (PRWEB) March 31, 2015

As part of their charity fundraising efforts for Dollars for Scholars, Creature Weekend will be auctioning off "cryptozoology themed" works of art donated by artists and artisans. In addition, Creature Weekend seeks to showcase the incredible talents of the artists in the cryptozoology community. So far, Creature Weekend has received numerous submissions for the Crypto Art Exhibit. Some of the artists include:

Artist Pam Wick has donated two bigfoot tote bags, and two sasquatch quilts. One of the quilts depicts a forest scene with a "hidden" bigfoot. The other quilt is reminiscent of a Native American depiction of bigfoot.

Dave Dragosin, a long-time cryptozoologist, donated several hand-drawn sketches of the bigfoot named "Patty" who appeared in the 1967 video taken at Bluff Creek by Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin.

Craig Behnke, a wood worker from Vermont, donated two cutting boards in the shape of a Sasquatch track. The cutting boards are made from hardwoods and feature separate wood inlays accentuating the toes.

Alisha Darnell, A bigfoot researcher and enthusiast, donated a hand drawn sketch of a bigfoot head and torso.

Mark Randall, a photographer, donated 3 photographs. Two of the photographs are of the mothman statue which stands in the center of Point Pleasant. The third photograph depicts a sasquatch standing in a thicket of woods.

These are among the items that will be displayed on May 2, 2015 in the lobby of Salt Fork State Park. The exhibit items will then be auctioned off at the Creature Weekend conference held on Saturday afternoon. The proceeds will be donated to the Guernsey County Chapter of Dollars for Scholars.

These exhibit items can be viewed online at http://www.creatureweekend.com. Attendees of Creature Weekend will be able to bid on these auction items. The Creature Weekend volunteers appreciate the support of the artists who submitted their creations to the Crypto Art Exhibit. If you are an artist and would like to submit an item to the Crypto Art Exhibit, please email martin(at)creatureweekend(dot)com or call 740-888-1313.
