The bar staff has created three special drinks with Maestro Dobel Tequila.

La Fogata is once again featuring a new tequila for the month of December. This month, the restaurant will be serving Maestro Dobel Tequila, Silver, Reposado, Añejo and Diamante.
The bar staff at La Fogata have picked three special drinks to complement the restaurant's wonderful food. The first is a Skinny Margarita, made with Maestro Dobel Tequila, agave nectar, fresh lime juice and a splash of orange juice. The second drink, the Blood Orange Margarita, is made with Maestro Dobel Reposado Tequila, blood orange liquer, triple sec and fresh lime juice. The Spanish Margarita is the last special drink, and it is made with Maestro Diamante Tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and bitters topped with ginger beer.
The entrée feature of the month continues to be the Banana Leaf Tamales, with the option of pork or chicken. It is served with white rice and black beans.
