Alere Inc. Declares Cash Dividend on its Series B Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock

WALTHAM, Mass., Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alere Inc. ALR, a global leader in rapid diagnostics, today has declared a cash dividend of $3.00 per share on its Series B Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock ALR. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2015 to holders of record of Series B stock at the close of business on January 2, 2015. 

Such payment will cover the amount of all dividends accrued from October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014.
