Aon Declares Quarterly Dividend

LONDON - October 13, 2014 - Aon plc AON announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares.  The dividend is payable November 14, 2014 to shareholders of record on November 3, 2014.
