SOUTHLAKE, Texas, Sept. 22, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. DFRG is pleased to announce the opening of its award-winning Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House at CityCenterDC. The restaurant opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony including Dale Walmstad, the original founder of Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, on September 17th. This opening marks the 11th Del Frisco's Double Eagle and the 43rd restaurant overall for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, which also owns and operates 13 Del Frisco's Grille locations and 19 Sullivan's Steakhouse locations.

The menu also features a diverse wine list of more than 1,200 labels that includes a number of notable verticals from both old and new world producers. The program is led by Wine Director David O'Day and presented by a team of knowledgeable sommeliers available to navigate guests through selections that have been curated to complement every dish.

Del Frisco's Double Eagle at CityCenterDC features 400 seats across three floors that include two bars, a lounge, wine cellar, private dining rooms and board room, and a picturesque courtyard patio. The restaurant will be open daily from 11am to 11pm.
