Denis A. Bovin to Join Evercore as a Senior Advisor

Evercore EVR announced today that Denis A. Bovin has joined the Firm as a Senior Advisor with a focus on the Global Technology and Aerospace/Defense industry sectors.

During his career, Mr. Bovin has advised numerous prominent management teams, boards of directors and senior leaders in the U.S. Government on some of the most significant financial and strategic transactions in the government and commercial technology sectors. He is particularly well known and respected for helping clients identify and capitalize on long-term trends impacting these firms and their industries.

Prior to Stone Key, Mr. Bovin was Vice Chairman of Investment Banking, Senior Managing Director and Chairman of the Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Before Bear Stearns, Mr. Bovin was a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers Inc. During that period, Mr. Bovin was recognized by Institutional Investor magazine as one of the country's twelve most outstanding investment bankers under age 40.
