("The Company"), AMCN, a leading operator of out-of-home advertising platforms in China targeting mid-to-high-end consumers, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the second quarter 2014 ended June 30, 2014 after the U.S. market closes on Monday, August 18, 2014. The Company will hold an earnings conference call on the same day at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
