Sinclair To Close On Allbritton Stations August 1, 2014

BALTIMORE, July 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. SBGI ("Company") announced today that the FCC and the Department of Justice have approved the Company's acquisition of the Allbritton television stations.  The Company intends to close the transaction on August 1, 2014.
