Gildan Announces Completion of Acquisition of Doris Inc.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - July 7, 2014) - Gildan Activewear Inc. GILGIL today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Doris Inc. (Doris), effective July 7, 2014. Gildan previously announced on June 19, 2014 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Doris.
