DCT Industrial Trust Inc.® Announces the Promotion of Bud Pharris to Managing Director, West Coast Region

DCT Industrial Trust Inc.^® DCT, a leading industrial real estate company, today announced the promotion of John “Bud” Pharris to Managing Director, West Coast Region, and appointment to DCT's Executive and Investment Committees. The promotion is effective August 1, 2014.

Mr. Pharris' promotion is a testament to his leadership and reflects the evolution of his responsibilities since joining DCT Industrial in January of 2011 as Vice President, Northern California. Ten months later Pharris became the Company's Regional Vice President, Southern California. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate industry experience.
