Jarden Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Stockholders; Al LeFevre Assumes Role of Chief Financial Officer

MIAMI, June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Jarden Corporation JAH today held its Annual General Meeting of Stockholders, at which stockholders approved all matters up for a vote at the meeting.  Al LeFevre, who formerly served as Chief Financial Officer of Jarden Consumer Solutions, assumed the role of Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of Jarden Corporation, effective today.  The promotion of Mr. LeFevre, which was announced in March 2014, was part of the Company's reorganization to support Jarden's ongoing growth plans.
