$1 donated for every CENTURY 21 Agent who enters the HomeFinder.com Agent Makeover Sweepstakes, presented by PNC Mortgage

CHICAGO, May 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- HomeFinder.com, a leading digital real estate site, today announced it is teaming up with CENTURY 21 for the second year to support Easter Seals. For every CENTURY 21 agent who enters the HomeFinder.com Agent Makeover Sweepstakes presented by PNC Mortgage, HomeFinder.com will donate $1 to Easter Seals, which provides services to help children and adults with disabilities and/or special needs, as well as support to their families. Century 21 agents can enter at: http://agentmakeover.homefinder.com/century21.

CENTURY 21 agents who enter the HomeFinder.com Agent Makeover Sweepstakes presented by PNC Mortgage have the opportunity to win a two-night trip to Chicago for a full business and style makeover, while giving back to Easter Seals. In 2013, 1,017 CENTURY 21 agents entered the sweepstakes, which resulted in a $1,017 donation to Easter Seals. Penny Hansen, a CENTURY 21-affiliated agent from Beloit, Wis. was one of the five winners. Easter Seals has been the sole philanthropic partner of CENTURY 21 franchisees and agents since 1979, and the 35-year partnership has generated more than $108 million in donations.

HomeFinder.com wants to provide the winners and participants with the tools they need to stand out locally and grow a successful business. Compared to one year ago, the National Association of Realtors® reports a 7.1% decrease in home sales due to limited inventory and rising home prices; in such a competitive market, agents need to have every advantage possible to win new clients. CENTURY 21 agents have the opportunity to be one of five randomly chosen winners flown to Chicago to receive real estate specific marketing training to revamp their brand strategy and succeed on a local level.

"HomeFinder.com and CENTURY 21 are both dedicated to giving back to those who live in the communities in which agents work and live," says Doug Breaker, president and CEO, HomeFinder.com. "Real estate agents go above and beyond selling homes in their communities and we're excited to help CENTURY 21 agents support the charity closest to them."

The winners will network with industry leaders, receive one-on-one digital marketing training and work individually with a professional business coach. Each winner will also receive a style makeover that includes: a consultation with a personal stylist, a new outfit, makeup application or shave, hair styling and professional headshots.

All licensed real estate agents are eligible to enter the sweepstakes at agentmakeover.homefinder.com, which will run through August 15, 2014. Five randomly chosen winners will be chosen on or around August 19, 2014, contacted directly and flown to Chicago from September 10-12, 2014. Official rules can be found at http://agentmakeover.homefinder.com/rules.
