TORONTO, April 15, 2014 /CNW/ - CIBC CM CM will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth hotel, Montréal, Québec. The business of the meeting will include the election of directors; appointment of auditors; consideration and voting on an advisory resolution on executive compensation and shareholder proposals.
