LSB Industries, Inc. (“LSB” or the “Company”), LXU, today announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014 on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, after the close of the stock market.

LSB's management will host a conference call on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 11:00 am ET / 10:00 am CT to discuss these results and recent corporate developments.
