magicJack VocalTec Ltd. CALL, a leading cloud-based communications company, today appointed Anthony Russo as vice president of mobile. Most recently, Russo directed global mobile strategy and app development for iOS and Android at Vonage. He'll lead the ongoing expansion of magicJack's 'over the top' mobile communications solution, reporting to Timothy McDonald, chief operating officer (COO).
