Marathon Petroleum Corporation Announces 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

FINDLAY, Ohio, Feb. 3, 2014 - Marathon Petroleum Corporation MPC announced today that its 2014 annual meeting of shareholders will be held at the company's headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, on April 30, 2014 at 10 a.m. EDT.

In addition, the company announced that March 3, 2014, has been fixed as the record date for determination of the shareholders of the company entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting.
