Oceaneering Announces Promotion of David K. Lawrence to Senior Vice President

HOUSTON, Feb. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Oceaneering International, Inc. OII announced the promotion of David K. Lawrence to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Mr. Lawrence joined Oceaneering in June 2005 as Assistant General Counsel and has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since November 2011.  He has extensive experience as an attorney, including over 20 years as in-house counsel in the oilfield products and services industry and manufacturing.
