RockTenn Announces Dividend

NORCROSS, Ga., Jan. 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RockTenn today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.35 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 11, 2014. The dividend, which will be paid on February 24, 2014, represents an annual dividend rate of $1.40 per share.
