The Middleby Corporation MIDD today announced the acquisition of the assets of Market Forge Industries, Inc. (“Market Forge”), a leading manufacturer of steam cooking equipment for the foodservice industry. The product offerings of Market Forge include countertop steamers, kettles and braising pans used by leading restaurants and foodservice operations. Market Forge has annual revenues of approximately $15 million.
